These blueberry and pineapple popsicles are so easy to make. Also vegan, gluten free and refined sugar free.
Blueberry and pineapple popsicles
- 4 cups fresh pineapple
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp agave ( any other sweetener of your choice)
- splash of water
- Blend all ingredients listed above, pour into your popsicles mold and freeze for several hours before serving. To remove the popsicles from the mould, run them under hot water for 30 seconds and then gently pull on the popsicle sticks.
