Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups plant milk (I use soya)
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar
  • 3 tsp almond extract
TOPPING
  • fresh fruit
  • your favourit yogurt
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.

  2. Allow to soak for a couple of minutes stirring well to avoid clumps.
  3. Let sit for 1 hour before serving (best overnight in the fridge).
  4. Top with your favourite yogurt and fresh fruits.
