ALMOND CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients

  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups plant milk (I use soya)
  • 2 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 3 teaspoon almond extract

TOPPING

  • fresh fruit
  • your favourite yoghurt

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
  • Allow to soak for a couple of minutes stirring well to avoid clumps.
  • Let sit for 1 hour before serving (best overnight in the fridge).
  • Top with your favourite yogurt and fresh fruits.
