  • 2 frozen banana
  • 1 handful of frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plant milk (I used soya milk)
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/2 kiwi
  • 1/2 mango
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredient and garnish with fresh fruit, coconuts and oats.
